I AM SO GRATEFUL YOU’VE ARRIVED HERE…
My Holistic Approach
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you” –
Maya Angelou
Maya Angelou’s well-known quote has always resonated with me, especially when a new client walks into a therapy session. It becomes clear that beneath their pain or trauma lies a deep longing for their story to be told, heard, and understood.
I often reflect on how inherently social we are as human beings and contemplate our existence. Yet, in both my personal life and my work with clients, I am continually reminded of our fundamental need to be seen. We long for our experiences to be validated, for our true selves to be acknowledged not just by ourselves, but by others as well.
Maya Angelou’s words highlight this beautifully when she said…
“It feels at the core of the human condition is a
deep longing for our Truth to be known.”
Every client’s journey is a search for that Truth, and I am honored to walk alongside them. I am deeply passionate about serving and witnessing the fullness of who you are.
ABOUT ME
“Service to Humanity” is what I do best. I align myself with my true essence of who “I AM” rooted in Truth, Love, Peace, Non-Violence, Right Conduct and Integrity.
My own life experiences have inspired me to help others navigate challenges that may seem insurmountable and discover that a joyful life is truly possible. These experiences led me to pursue an education in psychotherapy, which, combined with my own transformational and spiritual growth, has allowed me to provide comfort and support to those facing similar struggles. Having overcome my own obstacles, I understand firsthand how life can change profoundly with intention, resilience, and the right guidance.
With a strong foundation in community engagement and advocacy, I bring both compassion and expertise to the field of psychotherapy. I excel at fostering supportive culture and delivering personalized support to individuals with diverse needs. Whether developing effective therapeutic strategies or incorporating mindfulness practices, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals on their healing journey. I believe in cultivating meaningful connections through empathetic leadership and compassionate communication.
I approach my work with a sharp intuition where I don’t pathologize your experiences, nor do I judge or analyze. Instead, I focus on understanding and guiding you in creating the skills and mindset needed for a balanced and fulfilling life. Therapy to me based on my own life journey is about rebuilding your life with dignity and conscious awareness. The light at the end of the tunnel is real – walk toward it boldly. A beautiful life is something we all deserve.
My Practice
In my integrated therapy practice, I help individuals navigate common challenges such as exhaustion, burnout, and dependence on technology, alcohol, drugs, sex, work, control, and shame. I also support those struggling with procrastination, low self-esteem, and a lack of confidence guiding them toward recognizing their authentic self.
My client-centered approach is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I take an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, meaning I integrate various therapeutic modalities to best support you. The foundation of our work together is meeting you where you are and collaborating on your goals even if you’re unsure of what they are at the start.
Therapy is a transformative journey, one where you learn to recognize and embrace your own power and individuality. My goal is for you to leave each session with clarity, peace, self-forgiveness, and the empowerment to use your emotional intelligence and VOICE who you are without any emotional struggles.

“Everyone deserves a healthy life of authenicity, happiness and harmony.”

Anxiety
Anxiety is a persistent feeling of worry, fear, or unease that can interfere with daily life. It may manifest as racing thoughts, restlessness, or physical symptoms like a rapid heartbeat and tension. While occasional anxiety is a normal response to stress, chronic anxiety can be overwhelming and affect well-being. Managing anxiety often involves self-care, therapy, and, in some cases, medication. Understanding and addressing anxiety can help individuals regain control and find balance in their lives.

Depression
Depression is a serious mental health condition that goes beyond temporary sadness. It can cause persistent feelings of hopelessness, fatigue, and a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. Depression affects thoughts, emotions, and even physical health, making everyday tasks feel overwhelming. While it can be isolating, support and treatment, such as therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication can help individuals manage symptoms and find a path toward healing. No one has to face depression alone, and seeking help is a sign of strength.

Stress
Stress is the body’s natural response to challenges or demands, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can take a toll on mental and physical health. It may cause irritability, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and even physical symptoms like headaches or muscle tension. While some stress can be motivating, chronic stress can lead to burnout and health issues. Managing stress through relaxation techniques, self-care, and healthy coping strategies can help restore balance and improve overall well-being.

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma is a deeply distressing experience that can have lasting emotional and psychological effects. For some, it leads to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), a condition marked by flashbacks, anxiety, nightmares, and heightened reactions to triggers. PTSD can make daily life feel overwhelming, affecting relationships, work, and overall well-being. Healing from trauma takes time, but with therapy, support, and self-care, individuals can process their experiences and regain a sense of control and safety. No one should have to go through trauma alone, help and hope are available.

Relationships
An unhealthy relationship is one where toxic patterns; such as manipulation, control, lack of respect, or emotional or physical harm, create an environment of stress and insecurity. These relationships can drain self-esteem, cause confusion, and make it difficult to set healthy boundaries. While every relationship has challenges, a truly healthy connection is built on mutual trust, communication, and respect. Recognizing the signs of an unhealthy relationship is the first step toward breaking free and prioritizing well-being.

Grief and Loss
Grief and loss can have a profound psychological impact, affecting emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in ways that feel overwhelming. Feelings of sadness, guilt, anger, or numbness are common, along with difficulties concentrating, changes in sleep or appetite, and a sense of emptiness. Grief can also trigger anxiety or depression, making it hard to cope with daily life. Everyone processes loss differently, and healing takes time. Seeking support, allowing space for emotions, and finding healthy ways to remember and honour what was lost can help navigate the journey toward acceptance and resilience.

Culture & Diversity
Challenges with culture and diversity often stem from differences in traditions, beliefs, and perspectives. Individuals may struggle with identity, cultural expectations, or feeling like they don’t fully belong in one space. Discrimination, bias, and misunderstandings can create barriers to inclusion, making it difficult to navigate social and professional settings. Balancing personal heritage with societal norms can also be a complex journey. However, embracing diversity fosters personal growth, resilience, and deeper connections, helping individuals find strength in their unique cultural identity while building bridges with others.

Spirituality
Navigating spirituality can be a deeply personal yet a provoking journey. Many face doubts, conflicting beliefs, or feelings of disconnection from their faith or purpose. Struggles may arise from questioning long-held traditions, seeking deeper meaning, or feeling lost in the face of adversity. External pressures, societal expectations, or past experiences can also complicate one’s spiritual path. However, these challenges often lead to growth, self-discovery, and a stronger sense of identity. Embracing the journey with an open mind and heart can help individuals find peace and a deeper connection to their spirituality.
